Establishment History:
- On July 4, 2005, 577 Investment Joint Stock Company was officially established under Business Registration License No. 4103003556 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Ho Chi Minh City.
- On September 17, 2007, the State Securities Commission issued certificate No. 173/UBCK-GCN allowing 577 to offer 11.9 million shares to the public to increase charter capital from 35 billion VND to 154 billion VND
- On February 18, 2009, Stock 577 was officially listed on the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange, marking a new stage of development, becoming a typical public company.
- On July 19, 2010, the Company was awarded the Third Class Labor Medal according to Decision No. 1033 QD/CTN of the President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
- On January 26, 2011, the Company increased its charter capital from 154 billion VND to 180 billion VND by private placement to Beira Limited - DWS Vietnam Fund.
- On September 3, 2013, the Company increased its charter capital from 180 billion VND to 358.6 billion VND by private placement to existing shareholders.
- On August 25, 2014, the Company increased its charter capital from 358.6 billion VND to 537.2 billion VND by issuing shares to existing shareholders.
- December 4, 2014, the Company increased its charter capital from 537.2 billion VND to 583.2 billion VND by the method of issuing private shares to strategic partner Creed Investments VN-1 LTD.
- On August 1, 2015, the Company changed its headquarters to 1648 Vo Van Kiet, Ward 16, District 8, Ho Chi Minh City, marking a new development step of 577 Company to facilitate development. The Company's high-rise apartment projects in this area include: City Gate Towers, Diamond Riverside and NBB Garden 3.
