- In 2004, formerly known as N and M Trading Company Limited (business registration number: 049249 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Ho Chi Minh City on September 30, 1996), the Company transformed into a joint stock company, renamed N and M Joint Stock Company with charter capital of 5,005,000,000 VND. Operating in the field of purchasing and selling veterinary drugs, animal feed supplements, raw materials for producing veterinary drugs, chemicals (except strong toxic chemicals), raw materials and aquatic feed....
- During its 27-year operation, the Company has changed its name many times and increased its charter capital, increased investment capital and subsidiaries and affiliated companies to carry out business expansion activities in strategic areas.
- On March 11, 2022, the Company successfully offered shares to the public for the first time. Charter capital increased to 1,197,843,250,000 VND. Officially becoming a public company from March 24, 2022 according to Official Dispatch No. 1471/UBCK-QLCB of the State Securities Commission
- Also in 2022, the Company carried out M&A to expand the supply of products in the food segment - manufacturing fast-moving consumer goods such as sausages, rice cakes, canned goods, tea, coffee.... Marking an important development step on the way towards the goal of building a complete food supply chain according to the 3F model (Feed -Farm-Food).
- On May 13, 2022, the Company was granted Securities Registration Certificate No. 23/2022/GCNCP-VSD by the Vietnam Securities Depository Center, the number of securities registered for deposit is 119,784,325 shares
