Formation history
- Da Nang Housing Development Investment Company (DHI) is a State-owned enterprise established under Decision No.: 3160/QD - UB dated November 5, 1992 of the People's Committee of Quang Nam Da Nang province.
- In 1997, after separating the administrative units of Quang Nam province and Da Nang city, the Company was transferred to the Department of Land Administration of Da Nang city, now the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Da Nang city, managed according to Decision No. 177/QD-UB dated January 27, 2019. 1997 of the Provisional People's Committee of Da Nang City.
- The company implemented equitization according to Decision No. 949/QD-TTg dated July 26, 2007 of the Prime Minister on the arrangement and innovation of state-owned companies under the People's Committee of Da Nang city in the period 2007-2010.
- Da Nang Housing Development Investment Joint Stock Company (NDN) officially operates under the joint stock company model from March 31, 2010 according to Business Registration Certificate No. 0400101323 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Da Nang City.
- In 2012, the Company completed procedures for paying 2011 dividends in shares at a rate of 16% with an additional number of shares of 1,526,720 shares, increasing the company's total charter capital to 115,467,200,000 VND. Pursuant to Securities Registration Certificate No. 20/201 l/GCNCP-VSD-2 of Vietnam Securities Depository Center: 1,526,720 additional shares were approved for deposit on August 21, 2012. The above additional shares were officially traded on HNX according to Decision No. 318/QD-SGDHN of Hanoi Stock Exchange on August 24, 2012.
