• From August 1990 to December 2004, the Company was a state-owned enterprise under Vietnam Chemical Corporation, specializing in the production and trading of fused phosphate fertilizers and other fertilizer products, the production of cement and construction materials... existing blast furnaces and increasing the Company's fused phosphate fertilizer production capacity. 3 times more than the original design.
• From 2001 to present, the Company has had a technological equipment line of 3 blast furnaces producing fused phosphate fertilizer with a capacity of 300,000 tons/year and invested in building 01 Ninh Binh NPK factory with a capacity of 150,000 tons/year to produce fertilizer products of all kinds of pepper. consume on the domestic market and export products abroad, meeting the fertilizer requirements for domestic agricultural production.
• On July 29, 2004, the Ministry of Industry issued decision No. 66/2004/QD-BCN on converting Ninh Binh Phosphate Fertilizer Company into Ninh Binh Phosphate Fertilizer Joint Stock Company;
