Establishment History:
South Hanoi Housing and Urban Development Investment Corporation, formerly known as Thanh My Company Limited, was established on March 26, with an initial charter capital of 2,500,000,000 VND
On June 30, 2006, Thanh My Co., Ltd. changed its business registration and registered additional business lines as real estate business, hotel business, restaurant business, food service, supermarket business and office rental, production and processing of forest products, import and export business.
On November 27, 2007, Thanh My Company Limited was renamed Thanh My Joint Stock Company and increased its charter capital to 58,000,000 VND.
On January 25, 2010, the Company officially changed its name to South Hanoi Housing and Urban Development Investment Corporation under business registration license No. 0700.222.689
0700.222.689 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Ha Nam province with a charter capital of 58,900,000,000 VND.
On February 8, 2010, South Hanoi Housing and Urban Development Investment Corporation held an annual general meeting of shareholders and decided to list the Corporation's shares on the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX)
The process of increasing the company's capital:
On December 31, 2007, the Company held an extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders to approve an increase in capital from 2,500,000,000 VND to 18,500,000,00 VND in the form of a private placement for 5 shareholders, with an issue price of 10,000 VND/share, according to General Meeting of Shareholders Resolution No. 05/2007/NQ-DHĐCD dated December 31, 2007.
On December 31, 2008, the Company held an extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders to approve an increase in capital from 18,500,000,000 VND to 39,100,000,000 VND in the form of a private placement for 5 shareholders, with an issue price of 10,000 VND/share, according to General Meeting of Shareholders Resolution No. 03/2008/NQ-DHDCD dated December 31, 2008
On February 8, 2010, the Corporation conducted the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to approve an increase in capital from 39,100,000,000 VND to 58,900,000,000 VND in the form of a private placement for 3 shareholders, with an issue price of 10,000 VND/share, according to General Meeting of Shareholders Resolution No. 01/2010/NQ-DHĐCD February 8, 2010
The Corporation was approved by the State Securities Commission to become a public company from June 2, 2010.
May 10, 2011, Nam Housing and Urban Development Investment Corporation
Hanoi officially listed an additional 2,450,000 shares on HNX, bringing the total capital of
Corporation increased to 88,350,000,000 VND
On January 15, 2015, South Hanoi Housing and Urban Development Investment Corporation officially listed an additional 265,000 shares on HNX (issuing bonus shares to employees under the employee selection program), bringing the total capital of the Corporation to 91,000,000,000 VND.
On January 28, 2015, South Hanoi Housing and Urban Development Investment Corporation issued an additional 2,5000,000 shares on HNX (issuing shares through a private offering), bringing the Corporation's total capital to 116,000,000,000 VND.
On May 19, 2015, the Corporation changed its business registration certificate for the third time with a capital of 116,000,000,000 VND, and at the same time changed the legal representative of the Corporation.
