Establishment History:
- Formerly the brick and tile production enterprise under Song Be Construction Materials Production and Import-Export Company is now Binh Duong Construction and Materials Company with a handmade brick and tile line.
- >In 1978, it was renamed Nhi Hiep brick and tile factory under Binh Duong Construction Materials Company. In the period 1995-2000, the Enterprise invested in innovating production lines, equipped with modern machinery with Hoffman kiln system and Tuynel kiln, creating the ability to produce high-quality bricks and tiles.
- >In 2000, the enterprise was transformed into a joint stock company with the name Nhi Hiep Brick and Tile Joint Stock Company. The initial charter capital was 9,990,000,000 VND, of which the state held 30%.
- >On December 5, 2007, the Company was granted the 5th amended Business Registration Certificate by the Department of Planning and Investment of Binh Duong province with a charter capital of 14,354,790,000 VND.
- >On December 10, 2008, the Company was approved by the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange to list an additional 85,292 shares
- On January 12, 2009, The company was approved by the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange to list additional 85,292 shares
- On June 1, 2009, based on the Company's delisting registration dossier, Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange accepted to delist shares with the quantity: 1,520,771 shares.
- On June 3, 2009, the Company was approved by the Hanoi Stock Exchange Center to list the Company's shares with the stock code NHC, number of listed securities: 1,520,771 shares, value of listed securities: 15,207,710,000 VND.
- On October 9, 2014, the Company received approval from the Hanoi Stock Exchange to list additional shares to issue an additional 1,520,771 shares, corresponding to an additional issuance value of 15,207,710,000 VND. The total volume of listed shares is 3,041,542 shares.
- On April 24, 2015, the Company was granted the 10th amended Business Registration Certificate by the Department of Planning and Investment of Binh Duong province with a charter capital of 30,415,420,000 VND.
