Timeline of Establishment & Development:
- Hanoi Plastic Joint Stock Company, formerly known as Hanoi Plastic Enterprise, directly under the Hanoi Department of Industry, was established under Decision No. 126/QD/UB-CN dated January 24, 1972 of the Hanoi People's Committee.
- On August 10, 1993, Hanoi Plastics Factory was converted into Hanoi Plastics Company under the Hanoi Department of Industry
- On August 8, 2005, Hanoi Plastics Company was converted into Hanoi Plastics One-member State Limited Company. Implementing the Government's policy on arranging and innovating state-owned companies under the Hanoi People's Committee for the period 2007-2010, on November 26, 2007, the Hanoi People's Committee issued Decision No. 4730/QD-UBND on approving the enterprise value and equitization plan of State Limited Company One member of Hanoi Plastics. On December 27, 2007, the Company conducted an initial public offering (IPO) auction at the Hanoi Stock Exchange Center.
- On October 31, 2008, Hanoi Plastics One-member State Limited Company officially changed its name to Hanoi Plastics Joint Stock Company with a charter capital of 65,000,000,000 VND.
- On November 25, 2018, Hanoi Plastic Joint Stock Company became a member of An Phat Holdings Group.
- On December 12, 2019, Hanoi Plastic Joint Stock Company officially received the listing decision, celebrating the first trading day of 34.44 million shares on HoSE, stock code: NHH.
