Operating process:
- 1992: LLC was established as part of the first generation of non-state-owned enterprises in the construction field in Vietnam
- 1996: Nam Long established its orientation to become one of the first new urban area development investment companies in Vietnam
- 2002: Development of NLG - Can Tho 1 urban area with a scale of 23 hectares
- 2005: Nam Long officially transformed into Nam Long Investment Joint Stock Company
- 2008: Nam Long officially signed a cooperation agreement with two strategic shareholders, Nam Viet Company (100% capital of a leading American investment bank in the world) and ASPL Fund (part of IREKA, Malaysia's leading real estate development company)
- 2010: Nam Long signed a cooperation agreement with the third strategic shareholder, VAF fund managed by MeKong Capital Group.
- 2012: Development of NLG Tan Thuan Dong urban area, District 7, scale of 28ha

- 2016: Continue to cooperate with Hankyu Hanshin and Nishitetsu to develop the 26ha Mizuki Park project (Binh Chanh)
- 2017: Cooperated with Nishitetsu, TBS Group, Tan Hiep Investment to develop the 355ha Waterpoint project (Long An)
- 2018: • Cooperated with Hankyu Hanshin Properties Corp. and Nishitetsu Group develops Akaki City urban area (Binh Tan, Ho Chi Minh City) with a scale of 8.5 hectares
• Cooperating with Nishitetsu Group to develop 165 hectares - phase 1 of Waterpoint urban area (Ben Luc, Long An) total scale of 355 hectares (other name: Southgate)

- 2021: Achieve capitalization value of Billion USD on the stock exchange
