Establishment History:
In August 2006, Nui Nho Stone Joint Stock Company was officially established under Decision No. 3556/QD-UBND dated August 7, 2006 of the People's Committee of Binh Duong province on the basis of approving the equitization plan and converting stone mining enterprise No. 3 under Binh Duong Materials and Construction Company into a joint stock company. with charter capital of 38,000,000,000 VND.NNC was registered with the State Securities Commission and became a public company on June 25, 2007.
In March 2009, the Company issued bonus shares to existing shareholders to increase charter capital to 44,965,000,000 VND.
In November 2009, the Company issued bonus shares to existing shareholders to increase capital to 87,681,750,000 VND.
In January 2010, the Company submitted documents to register to list shares at the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange. On June 23, 2010, shares of Nui Nho Stone Joint Stock Company were officially listed on the Ho Chi Minh City stock exchange.
In December 2014, implementing the Resolution of the 2014 General Meeting of Shareholders, the company issued bonus shares to existing shareholders to increase charter capital to 131,522,610,000 VND.
In January 2015, the company registered to list additional 4,384,086 shares. During its operation, Nui Nho Stone Joint Stock Company has achieved many achievements, becoming a reputable stone supplier in the market, trusted by customers.
