Timeline of Establishment & Development:
- 1978 - 1991: Dong Nai Agricultural Products Joint Stock Company, formerly known as Dong Nai Livestock Company, was established on February 17, 1978 according to Decision No. 97/QD/UBT of Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee under the management of the Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Development. Dong Nai.
- On February 4, 2005, the Chairman of Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee officially issued Decision No. 761/QD-CT-UBT approving the equitization plan of Dong Nai Livestock Company. On that basis, the Company has implemented the sale of shares according to the approved equitization plan and registered business with the Department of Planning and Investment of Dong Nai province.
- On August 29, 2005, the Department of Planning and Investment of Dong Nai province officially issued Business Registration Certificate No. 4703000269 to Dong Nai Agricultural and Livestock Joint Stock Company with a charter capital of 56,550,000,000 VND based on the charter capital scale. approved in Decision No. 761/QD-CT.UBT dated February 4, 2005.
- On July 30, 2018, the Company finalized the list of shareholders to register for securities depository and was granted stock registration certificate No. 82/2018/GCNCP-VSD by the Vietnam Securities Depository Center dated October 1, 2018 with the stock code of NSS. In addition, the Company is currently completing procedures to register for stock trading at the Hanoi Stock Exchange.
