- Tu Liem Urban Development Joint Stock Company, formerly known as Tu Liem Construction Enterprise, was established in 1974. In 1992, it developed into a state-owned enterprise named Construction Investment and Housing Trading Company (Tu Liem) on the basis of merging three enterprises: Tu Liem Construction Enterprise, Xi Liem Construction Enterprise.
