Establishment History:
- Tien Phong Plastic Joint Stock Company, formerly known as Tien Phong Plastic Company, was established under Decision No. 386/CNn – TCLD dated April 29, 1993 of the Ministry of Light Industry (now the Ministry of Industry). The company is an independent accounting unit under the Ministry of Industry.
- The company was equitized according to Decision No. 2979/QD-TCCB dated November 10, 2003 of the Ministry of Industry. In 2004, the Company successfully equitized in the form of selling off State capital and mobilizing to increase charter capital to 90 billion VND.
- On September 15, 2005, the Ministry of Finance issued Decision No. 11652/BTC-TCDN on approving the request to sell off the State's capital equivalent to 13.78% of charter capital.
- 2006-2007: October 24, 2006: Shares of Tien Phong Plastic Joint Stock Company were listed on the Hanoi Stock Exchange Center with the stock code NTP The company issued additional shares. 7,222,998 shares to increase charter capital to over 216 billion VND. The company contributed capital to establish Southern Tien Phong Plastic Joint Stock Company. The investment project to expand the factory with an area of 13.6 hectares in Hung Dao ward, Duong Kinh district, Hai Phong city, 5km from the old facility was licensed to build.
- 2014: In May 2014, the Company continued to successfully issue 13,001,294 shares to increase charter capital to 563 billion VND. Announcing the 1/500 scale detailed planning project and urban design of the commercial complex, offices for rent and luxury apartments invested by the Company at No. 2 An Da. The company received an emulation flag from the Prime Minister.
- On May 18, 2015, Tien Phong Plastic decided to establish Tien Phong Real Estate Company Limited in Hai Phong city, officially entering the real estate field. On September 16, 2015, the Company received the transfer of all capital contributions from Five Star Plastic Trading Company Limited, bringing the number of companies that Tien Phong Plastic controls to 3. Charter capital as of December 31, 2015 is: 619,730,950,000 VND

- Domestic market: the company has a wide consumer market nationwide, mostly in the Northern provinces, through 200 sales units and 5 exclusive distribution centers. 80% of the company's products are used for construction purposes, 20% serve clean water programs in rural and mountainous areas.
