- Ninh Van Bay Tourism Real Estate Joint Stock Company, formerly known as Tuan Phong Construction Investment Joint Stock Company - was established on September 26, 2006 according to business registration number 0103013874, operating in the field of investment, construction of construction projects, trading of construction materials, interior equipment with an initial registered capital of 1,000,000,000 VND.
- On June 25, 2009, the General Meeting of Shareholders of Tuan Phong Construction Investment Joint Stock Company met and decided to increase charter capital to 21 billion VND.
- On September 24, 2009, Tuan Phong Construction Investment Joint Stock Company increased its charter capital to 265,000,000,000 VND, and changed its name to Ninh Van Bay Tourism Real Estate Joint Stock Company with the industry being tourism real estate, of which the key is luxury tourism
- On November 16, 2009, the Company officially increased its charter capital to 505,000,000,000 VND
- On January 20, 2010, the General Meeting of Shareholders of Ninh Van Bay Tourism Real Estate Joint Stock Company met and issued a Resolution to offer an additional 10 million shares in the form of a private offering, the total capital after additional issuance will be 605,000,000,000 VND. Currently, the Company's actual contributed capital is 505,000,000,000 VND
- In 2014: The Company successfully issued 230 billion VND of corporate bonds with warrants (equivalent to 23,000 warrants) to restructure current debts and increase the scale of the Company's operating capital.
