Timeline of Establishment & Development:
- Phuoc An Port Exploitation Investment Petroleum Joint Stock Company (PAP) is a unit established to invest and exploit Phuoc An Cang and logistics service area by the Vietnam Oil and Gas Group and Dong Nai province in an investment cooperation agreement.
- On May 25, 2007, Vietnam Oil and Gas Group and Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee signed an investment cooperation agreement.
- March 3, 2008. Vietnam Oil and Gas Group issued Resolution No. 1437/NQ-DKVN approving the plan to establish Phuoc An Port Exploitation and Investment Petroleum Joint Stock Company to deploy investment in Phuoc An Cang project.
- On April 29, 2008, the General Meeting of Shareholders approved the establishment of the Company with the name Phuoc An Port Exploitation Investment Petroleum Joint Stock Company (PAP), registered capital of 500 billion VND (Five hundred billion VND). On May 14, 2008, Phuoc An Port Exploitation Investment Petroleum Joint Stock Company was granted the first business registration certificate No. 4703000541 by the Department of Planning and Investment of Dong Nai Province. As of October 3, 2010, the Company's actual contributed capital reached 440 billion VND.
- On August 21, 2009, Dong Nai Province People's Committee issued an Investment Certificate for Cang Phuoc An project to Phan Dau Joint Stock Company when investing in and exploiting Phuoc An Port. The company has completed all investment preparation work approved/approved by competent authorities: Approved by the Ministry of Transport to apply the standard framework and basic design according to official dispatch No. 6494/BGTVT-KHCN dated September 17, 2010 and official dispatch No. 7102/BGTVT-KHDT dated October 11, 2010; The Vietnam Maritime Administration agreed on the location to build the wharf edge line according to official dispatch No. 2374/CHHVN-KHDT dated October 25, 2010.
- On December 2, 2013, the Board of Members of Vietnam Oil and Gas Group issued Resolution No. 2562/NQ-DKVN on receiving the transfer of capital contributions from the Group's member units according to the restructuring project of Vietnam Oil and Gas Group approved by the Prime Minister.
- On February 7, 2014, the Company completed the restructuring work according to the restructuring project of Vietnam Oil and Gas Group approved by the Prime Minister.
- On June 19, 2015, Dong Nai Province People's Committee issued official dispatch No. 4657/UBND-CNN approving the investment policy of the road to Phuoc An Port in the form of BOT.
- On May 6, 2010, the company was approved by the State Securities Commission to become a public company according to Official Dispatch No. 110/CQDD-NV of the State Securities Commission. At the same time, on April 24, 2014, the Company successfully registered securities at the Vietnam Securities Depository according to Registration Certificate No. 28/2014/GCNCP-VSD.
