Timeline of Establishment & Development:
- Phuong Anh International Joint Stock Company, formerly known as Thanh Nam Stainless Steel Company Limited, was established in 2010 under business registration certificate No. 0900613295 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Hung Yen Province for the first time on August 30, 2010 with disclosed capital. According to the first registration, it was 40 billion VND. On September 16, 2014, the Board of Directors of Thanh Nam Group Joint Stock Company - the parent company that owns 100% of the capital of Thanh Nam Inox Co., Ltd. issued Resolution No. 169/NQ-HĐQT on increasing capital and converting the ownership form of the subsidiary. On October 21, 2014, Thanh Nam Inox Co., Ltd. officially transformed into Thanh Nam Inox Joint Stock Company according to the 4th change of business registration certificate, with a charter capital of 150 billion VND. The main business of the Company in its early days was manufacturing and processing mechanical products, trading all kinds of iron and steel, stainless steel, non-ferrous metals, special steel, and transporting goods. The goal is to process and cut stainless steel and produce stainless steel pipes, cutting and cutting scale: 60,000 tons/year, stainless steel pipe production scale: 20,000 tons/year.
- In the economic development process of 2015, linking, merging, and consolidating businesses to form larger and stronger businesses is an inevitable popular trend, especially in the current global economic integration process. Facing that trend, Thanh Nam Stainless Steel Joint Stock Company agreed to merge with Saigon Steel Joint Stock Company, increasing the scale of capital, people, number of branches... and creating the ability to supply capital for larger projects that require a lot of capital and last a long time with competitive interest rates.
- On September 8, 2015, Thanh Nam Stainless Steel Joint Stock Company completed merger procedures with Saigon Steel Joint Stock Company, increasing the Company's total post-merger charter capital to 255 billion VND. After completing the merger, Thanh Nam Stainless Steel Joint Stock Company officially changed its name to Phuong Anh International Joint Stock Company according to the 7th change of business registration certificate dated April 13, 2016.
- On November 13, 2018, the State Securities Commission issued dispatch No. 7595/UBCK-GSĐC approving Phuong Anh International Joint Stock Company to become a public company.
- On November 21, 2018, Phuong Anh International Joint Stock Company was granted Securities Registration Certificate No. 105/2018/GCNCP-VSD by the Vietnam Securities Depository Center (VSD) with the stock code PAS and charter capital of 255,000,000,000 VND and the total number of registered shares is 25,500,000 shares.
