- Vietnam Apatite Phosphorus Joint Stock Company was established on January 13, 2014 with a charter capital of 150,000,000,000 VND with 3 founding shareholders contributing 142,500,000,000 VND (One hundred forty-two billion five hundred million VND) and 08 other shareholders contributed 7,500,000,000 VND (Seven billion five hundred million VND). On January 13, 2014, the Department of Planning and Investment of Lao Cai province issued the first Business Registration Certificate to the Company with a registered charter capital of 150,000,000,000 VND. Right from its establishment, the Company embarked on investing in building two yellow phosphorus production lines with a design capacity of 10,000 tons/year each, with a total initial expected investment of 506,544,927,000 VND.
- In 2018, the Company offered to existing shareholders 10,000,000 shares according to Resolution No. 13/2018/NQ-DHDCD dated August 13, 2018 of the General Meeting of Shareholders, the purpose of this issuance is to supplement capital. Invest in a project to build 02 yellow phosphorus production lines due to fluctuating machinery import prices, causing investment costs to build the factory to increase. The offering took place successfully and ended on August 31, 2018 with the number of successfully offered shares being 10,000,000 shares, at a price of 10,000 VND/share. On September 18, 2018, the Department of Planning and Investment of Lao Cai province issued the 5th Change Registration Certificate to the Company with registered and actually contributed charter capital of 250 billion VND.
- After the company's commercial operation in September 2018, some shareholders transferred some of their shares, resulting in the number of shareholders as of March 16, 2019 being 162 shareholders, the company officially became a public company.
- Based on the public company registration documents, on December 28, 2021, the State Securities Commission issued official dispatch No. 8983/UBCK-GSĐC confirming the completion of public company registration.
- On March 23, 2022, the Vietnam Securities Depository Center issued Securities Registration Certificate No. 18/2022/GCNCP-VSD to Vietnam Phosphorus Apatite Joint Stock Company.
