Timeline of Establishment & Development:
- PV Building was formerly known as Petroleum Housing Development and Management Joint Stock Company. On March 28, 2009, the General Meeting of Shareholders of PetroVietnam Housing Management and Development Joint Stock Company (PV Building) was held and approved the Charter of organization and operation of the Company. On April 2, 2009, PetroVietnam Housing Management and Development Joint Stock Company was granted Business Registration Certificate No. 4300429492 by the Business Registration Office - Department of Planning and Investment of Quang Ngai province with a charter capital of 55 billion Dong founded by 03 shareholders including: PetroVietnam Construction Joint Stock Corporation (PVC); Petroleum Integrated Services Joint Stock Corporation (Petrosetco); Binh Son Refining - Petrochemical Company Limited (BSR)
- Implement Resolution No. 4275/NQ-DKVN dated August 17, 2010 of Vietnam Oil and Gas Group (PVN) on the transfer of PVC's shares at PV Building to Binh Son Refining and Petrochemical Company Limited (BSR); With the agreement between PVN and Quang Ngai province, the company has converted its capital structure and shareholders (BSR accounts for 60%, Petrosetco accounts for 30% and Cam Thanh Guest House under the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee Office (now Cam Thanh Hotel under the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee Office) accounts for 10% of charter capital) according to the Business Registration Certificate No. 4300429492, changed 3 times a day. September 2, 2010.
- On April 29, 2011, the Company changed its name to Binh Son Petroleum Investment - Trade - Services Joint Stock Company (BSR-GS).
- On September 8, 2011, the Company changed its name to Petroleum Housing and Trading Joint Stock Company (PVBuilding).
- The company has been approved by the State Securities Commission for public company registration according to document No. 1575/UBCK-GSĐC dated March 27, 2017.
- As of June 30, 2018, the Company's charter capital has increased to 175 billion VND, BSR's capital contribution ratio is 83.26%, Cam Thanh Hotel accounts for 3.14% and individual shareholders account for 13.6%.
