- Construction Joint Stock Company 1 - Petrolimex (formerly known as Construction Company 1) - Vietnam Petroleum Group is the first specialized construction unit in Vietnam specializing in contracting the construction of reception, storage, transportation and distribution of petroleum products (petroleum, gas, asphalt, lubricants, chemicals...) at home and abroad, established on April 1, 2019. March 17, 1969.
- On November 30, 2001, the Prime Minister issued Decision No. 1519/QD-TTg converting Construction Company 1 into a Joint Stock Company.
- On December 10, 2001, the Company completed the initial sale of shares and successfully organized the General Meeting of Shareholders on December 26, 2001.
- On February 8, 2002, Construction Company 1 was transformed into Construction Joint Stock Company 1 - Petrolimex according to Business Registration Certificate No. 0103000827, first registration on February 8, 2002 issued by Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment with an initial charter capital of 10 billion VND.
- On June 19, 2007, the Company submitted documents to register as a public company and officially became a public company this year.
- On September 14, 2017, the Company was granted Securities Registration Certificate No. 175/2017/GCNCP-VSD by Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD), with a total number of registered shares of 11,500,000 shares.
