Date January 14, 2005 The Board of Directors of Vietnam Oil and Gas Corporation has issued decision No. 078/QD-HĐQT on establishing a Branch of PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Company in the Central and Central Highlands. A branch is a dependent economic accounting unit with its own seal.
On December 27, 2007, the Board of Directors of the Company Fertilizer and Petroleum Chemicals (now Dau Gas Fertilizer and Chemical Company - Fertilizer Concentration Company) has decision No. 081/QD-HĐQT to change the name of the Branch of PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Joint Stock Company in the Central and Central Highlands to PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Trading Enterprise in the Central and Central Highlands under PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Joint Stock Company. Branch operation registration certificate number 3513000168, first registered on October 2, 2007, registered for the first change on January 18, 2008, issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Binh Dinh province.
August 7, 2008, Board of Directors of Vietnam Subsidiary Petroleum Fertilizers and Chemicals has Decision 116/QD-HĐQT on the establishment of Cone, Central Petroleum Fertilizer and Chemicals One Member Limited Liability Company. Certificate of business registration for One Member Limited Liability Company No. 3504000294 first registered on August 15, 2008, registered to change lane 1 on May 5, 2009 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Binh Dinh province. Mien Trung Petroleum Fertilizer and Chemicals One Member LLC officially went into operation on September 1, 2008.
December 24, 2010, General Board of Directors PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemical Company has Decision No. 272/QD-PBHC on converting the Central Region Fertilizer and Petrochemical Member Company Limited into a joint stock company. On December 30, 2010, according to the resolution of the General Meeting of Shareholders to establish Central Petroleum Fertilizer and Chemical Joint Stock Company, the Charter and issues related to the operation of the new Joint Stock Company were approved. Central Petroleum Fertilizer and Chemical Joint Stock Company was officially put into operation on December 31, 2010 according to Business Registration Certificate No. 4100733174 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Binh Dinh province with a charter capital of 100,000,000,000 VND.
June 1, 2015, Fertilizer Joint Stock Company and petroleum chemicals in the central region are granted securities registration certificates by the Vietnam Securities Depository Center.
July 2, 2015, Fertilizer Joint Stock Company and petroleum chemicals in the Central region, Hanoi Stock Exchange issued a decision to approve listing.
July 23, 2015, Central Petrochemical and Fertilizer Joint Stock Company officially opened its first trading session with the stock code PCE.
