Timeline of Establishment & Development:
- The predecessor of the Post Office Construction Materials Joint Stock Company was the Post Office concrete column production site under the Post Office Construction Company, established in 1956.
- On August 12, 1970, according to decision No. 661/QD of the General Department of Post and Telecommunications, the Post Office Construction Materials Joint Stock Company was established with the name: "Concrete Materials Workshop" directly under the General Department of Post and Telecommunications
- In 1973, the name changed to "Concrete Materials Enterprise".
- In 1989, the name was changed to "Construction Materials Enterprise".
- In 1990, the name was changed to "Post Office Construction and Materials Production Enterprise".
- In 1993, the name was changed to "Concrete and Post Office Construction Enterprise".
- In 1995, the name was changed to "Post Office Construction Materials Company".
- Implementing Decision on conversion (CPU) from State-owned enterprise No. 57/2004/QD - BCVT dated November 25, 2004 of the Minister of Posts and Telecommunications. In 2006, the company was equitized and renamed "Post and Telecommunications Construction Materials Joint Stock Company"
- On January 19, 2006, Post Office Construction Materials Joint Stock Company was granted Joint Stock Company Business Registration Certificate No. 0103010727 by the Department of Planning and Investment of Hanoi City with a charter capital of 25,000,000,000 VND;
- On July 5, 2017, Vietnam Securities Depository Pharmaceutical Company (VSD) issued Securities Registration Certificate No. 136/2017/GCNCP-VSD, with a total number of registered shares of 4,000,000 shares.
