Pacific Dinco Joint Stock Company, formerly known as Dinco Concrete Enterprise - directly under Dinco Joint Stock Company, was established in 2007 with the goal of producing high-quality commercial concrete to serve the Company itself. In 2010, with the goal of expanding production and business activities and enhancing the brand, the Board of Directors of Dinco Joint Stock Company decided to convert Dinco Concrete Enterprise into an independent company - Pacific Dinco Joint Stock Company with the participation of many shareholders with knowledge and experience and the Company's employees. On October 18, 2010, Pacific Dinco Joint Stock Company was granted the first business registration certificate and tax registration number 0401333013 by the Department of Planning and Investment of Da Nang city with a charter capital of 36.66 billion VND, the main field of activity is producing and supplying commercial concrete. On November 12, 2010, the Company was granted Investment Certificate No. 32121000052 by the People's Committee of Da Nang City to implement the investment project of a Commercial Concrete Factory with a total investment capital of 85 billion VND, project implementation period is 50 years. In 2011, the Company expanded its market, investing in an additional 90m3/h station to serve the Nghi Son 1 Thermal Power Plant Project in Nghi Son Economic Zone - Tinh Gia District - Thanh Hoa Province with a total volume of concrete supplied to the project of 130,000 m3 in nearly 3 years from 2011 to 2013. In 2012, the company continued to exploit the market in Ha Tinh, providing concrete for Formosa Project - Vung Ang Economic Zone - Ha Tinh. By 2014, the company ended the Contract of Projects in Thanh Hoa, Ha Tinh, and concentrated 05 concrete mixing plants to supply the market from Da Nang to Quang Ngai with large projects such as: Da Nang - Quang Ngai Expressway Project, Silver Shore Hotel, Number One factory... In April 2013, the Company was granted the ISO 9001:2008 quality management system certificate. Since its establishment, Dinco Concrete has contributed significantly to the success of many key projects in Da Nang and Quang Nam as well as the Central provinces. Typical projects such as Dragon Bridge - Da Nang project, Tran Thi Ly Bridge - Da Nang, Quang Nam Provincial General Hospital, Groz Beckert Vietnam Garment Factory; Laguna - Hue tourist area, Da Nang airport international terminal, etc. Slowly and surely with constant efforts, Dinco Concrete has now become a leading concrete supplier with a nationwide service network and is the optimal choice of domestic and foreign construction contractors and investors, bringing customers absolute satisfaction with the quality of its products and services.
On August 3, 2015, the Company's shares were officially listed and traded on the Hanoi Stock Exchange
