Establishment History:

  • 2004: Established Phat Dat Housing Construction and Trading Joint Stock Company. Investment cooperation in implementing projects in Trung Son Residential Area - Binh Chanh and Sao Mai apartment project in District 5, Ho Chi Minh City

  • 2006: Started construction of The EverRich 1 project in District 11, Ho Chi Minh City with a total investment of 1,100 billion VND

  • 2007: Continue to deploy the construction of The EverRich Project 1. Develop land fund for new projects in the city. HCM such as District 7, District 9, Nha Be.

  • 2008: Officially became a public company, increasing charter capital to 1,298 billion VND. Invest in high-end resorts in Cam Ranh, Hoi An, Phu Quoc. Signed a contract with Starwood Group and Marriott to manage and operate The Westin Resort & Spa (Cam Ranh) and Marriott hotel (Hoi An).

  • 2009: Completed and handed over apartments of The EverRich 1 project to customers. Officially launched the brand identity system with new logo and slogan.

  • 2010: Officially listed shares on HOSE (Stock code: PDR) Started construction and opened the model house system of The EverRich 2 project - District 7, Ho Chi Minh City. Construction of Phu Thuan Bridge - District 7, Ho Chi Minh City begins.

  • 2011: Inauguration and handover of Phu Thuan bridge. Deploying construction of The EverRich 3 project, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City. Award: Top 10 Leading Investors awarded by BCI Asia Top 10 Awards.

  • 2012: Continue construction at The EverRich 2 project. Complete legal and investment procedures to bring the Villa Area of The EverRich 3 project into business phase.

  • 2014: Completed the construction of block C, The EverRich 2 project and handed over the apartments to customers. Commencement of BOT investment project to build My Loi bridge, connecting Long An and Tien Giang.

  • 2015: Deploying construction of The EverRich 0 apartment project, District 5, Ho Chi Minh City. Inaugurated My Loi Bridge, put it into operation and exploitation. Increase charter capital to 2,018.1 billion VND.

  • 2016: Construction begins on Millennium project in District 4, Ho Chi Minh City. Topping out The EverRich 0 project. Completing the Villa Area of The EverRich 3 project and handing over the villas to customers.

  • 2017: Handing over property ownership certificates to residents at The EverRich project 0. Paying all bond principals, loans and arising interest to bondholders and Dong A Bank. Top 10 Leading Real Estate Developers in Vietnam awarded by BCI Asia Awards 2017. Award for Best Luxury Apartment Project of the Vietnam Real Estate Awards 2017 (Vietnam Property Awards 2017) for The EverRich 0 project.

  • 2018: Commencement of Internal Technical Infrastructure Construction Project of Zone I - Co Dai Area, District 9, Ho Chi Minh City. Complete and hand over the entire Millennium project. Increase the Company's charter capital to 2,663.9 billion VND. Ranked 62nd in the Top 500 most profitable private enterprises in Vietnam according to Vietnam Report. Ranked 313 in the Top 500 most profitable private enterprises in Vietnam according to Vietnam Report.

  • 2019: Successful auction at Nhon Hoi Ecotourism Urban Project (116.2 hectares), Bac Ha Thanh project (55.7 hectares) and land lot 1 Ngo May, City. Quy Nhon. Increase charter capital to 3,276.58 billion VND. Invest 639 billion VND to own 3.73 hectares of land in Binh Duong. Pre-tax profit reached 1,105 billion VND, the first time in the business's history it exceeded the 1,000 billion VND mark. Ranked 54th in the Top 500 Fastest Growing Enterprises in Vietnam according to Vietnam Report.
