Timeline of Establishment & Development:
- Plastic Additives Joint Stock Company was established on July 12, 2007 with Business Registration Certificate No. 1903000318 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Vinh Phuc Province, registered charter capital of 20,000,000,000 (Twenty billion VND). The Company's main activities when first established were research and production of chemicals and foam sheets.
- In 2015, Plastic Additives cooperated with Sanyo Trading Co., Ltd. (Japan) and Taisei Plastic Company (Japan) to establish a Plastic Factory, starting to produce black granules, Compound granules and recycled plastic granules.
- In 2016, the Company invested in expanding the foam factory, producing more EVA/PE foam products in rolls.
- In 2017, after completing the capital increase, the Company changed its business registration for the third time (No. 2500287403 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Vinh Phuc Province, changed for the third time on December 27, 2017) adjusting its charter capital to 33,000,000,000 (Thirty-three billion VND) and adding a number of new business lines. Currently, the Company is producing main products: Zinc stearate, Calcium stearate, PE Wax, EVA foam sheets, rolled EVA foam, Compound granules, MBV black granules and other additives for the plastic industry...
- On October 19, 2018, Plastic Additives Joint Stock Company was approved to become a public company (According to Official Dispatch No. 7146/UBCK-GSDC dated October 19, 2018 of the State Securities Commission).
