Establishment History:
- Formerly known as Petrolimex Saigon Gas Taxi Company Limited, the Company was formed based on capital contributions from member companies of Vietnam National Petroleum Corporation (Petrolimex) according to business registration number 4102025806 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Ho Chi Minh City on October 27, 2004, with an initial charter capital of 31.8 billion VND.
- In 2006, the Company increased its charter capital to 43.5 billion VND.
- On September 6, 2007, Saigon Petrolimex Gas Taxi Company Limited officially transformed into Petrolimex Saigon Gas Taxi Joint Stock Company according to business registration certificate No. 4103007740 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Ho Chi Minh City.
- On December 25, 2009, the Company's shares were officially listed on the Hanoi Stock Exchange with the MCK being PGT
- N In 2010, the Company issued bonus shares from capital surplus to existing shareholders at 5%, March 2, 2011: 439,614 shares Additional listed shares have officially been traded, bringing the total number of shares to 9,241,801 shares, total charter capital is 92,418,010,000 VND
