Establishment History:
- Hong Ha Petroleum Joint Stock Company, formerly known as Hong Ha Construction Company, was established in 1993 under the Vietnam Construction Union according to establishment decision No. 6223 QD/UB dated November 29, 1993 of Hanoi City People's Committee. In 1999, the Company was received by the Ministry of Construction and assigned to Song Hong Construction Corporation to manage according to Decision No. 1361/QD - BXD of the Minister of Construction on receiving Hong Ha Construction Company from the Vietnam Construction Union. On the first day of establishment, the company had only 10 employees with an operating capital of 100 million VND
- On December 28, 2004, the Minister of Construction signed Decision No. 2076/QD - BXD on converting the state-owned enterprise Hong Ha Construction Company - Song Hong Construction Corporation into Hong Ha Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company with the English transaction name "HONGHA Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company“, abbreviated as HONGHA JSC.
- On March 14, 2005, the Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment issued the first business registration certificate No. 0103006903 to Hong Ha Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company with a charter capital of 6 billion VND.
- On February 22, 2006, the Business Registration Certificate was changed for the first time with a new charter capital of 10.5 billion VND
- On June 22, 2007, the Business Registration Certificate was changed for the second time with a new charter capital of 20 billion VND.
- On March 13, 2009, the 6th change of Business Registration Certificate changed the name "Hong Ha Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company" to "Hong Ha Petroleum Joint Stock Company", the English transaction name is "HONGHA Petroleum Joint Stock Company" abbreviated as HONGHA PETROLEUM,.JSC new charter capital. is 35 billion VND.
- On June 18, 2009, the Business Registration Certificate was changed for the 7th time with a new charter capital of 80 billion VND, actual contributed capital of 35 billion VND.
- On December 11, 2009, the Business Registration Certificate was changed for the 9th time with charter capital of 80 billion VND, actual contributed capital of 50 billion VND.
- On March 17, 2010, The company's shares were officially listed at the Hanoi Stock Exchange with the trading code PHH.
- August 10, 210, Business registration certificate changed for the 10th time with new charter capital of 102.5 billion VND
- December 17, 2010, The Business Registration Certificate changed for the 11th time with a new charter capital of 200 billion VND
- December 12, 2011, Company office moved to 11th Floor, K3B Building, Alley 6A Thanh Cong, Ba Dinh, Hanoi.
- January 16, 2013, The 13th change of Business Registration Certificate changed the name “Joint Company Hong Ha Petroleum" to "Hong Ha Vietnam Joint Stock Company", English name "HonghaVietnam Joint Stock Company", abbreviated name HONG HA VIETNAM,. JSC
