Year 1985 - 1990: PISICO Corporation was established with the name Nghia Binh-Ratanakiri Forestry Export Processing and Exploitation Cooperation Company under Nghia Binh Forestry Company
1990 - 1995: The company merged with Binh Dinh Specialty Forestry Export Company with the name Binh Dinh Specialty Forestry Export Company (Biforimex)
Year 1992 - 2005: The company changed its name to Binh Dinh Forestry Specialty Export Company
1996: Established the Corporation with the name Binh Dinh Production Investment and Import-Export Services Corporation
Year 2006 - 2010: Transforming corporate governance activities according to the Parent Company - Subsidiary model, in which the Parent Company is PISICO Corporation
