Timeline of Establishment & Development:

On September 5, 2005, Petrolimex Real Estate Joint Stock Company (now Petroleum Infrastructure Investment and Services Joint Stock Company), was established under Business Registration Certificate No. 0103009193 issued by Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment with an initial charter capital of 100,000. 000,000 billion VND
In March 2010, the company completed the issuance to existing shareholders to increase charter capital to 200 billion VND.
At the 2014 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, the Company's Board of Directors submitted to the Congress and approved the name change from Petrolimex Real Estate Joint Stock Company to Petrolimex Petroleum Infrastructure Investment and Services Joint Stock Company. On April 25, 2014, the Company officially changed its name to Petroleum Infrastructure Investment and Services Joint Stock Company according to Business Registration Certificate No. 0101788806, changed for the 7th time on April 25, 2014.
On April 5, 2016, the Resolution of the 2016 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders approved the restructuring of the company in 2016 in the direction of reducing charter capital. In November 2016, the company returned capital contributions to existing shareholders, charter capital was reduced to 100 billion Dong. According to Business Registration Certificate No. 0101788806, the 8th change, dated November 18, 2016, the company's charter capital is 100 billion VND.
On November 1, 2017, the company was granted a Securities Registration Certificate by the Vietnam Securities Depository Center with the number of registered securities being 10,000,000 shares.
