Timeline of Establishment & Development:
- PETEC Logistics Joint Stock Company is an enterprise operating in the field of logistics and import-export, established in April 2007.
- 2007: The company built a new warehouse system with a total area of 150,000 m2. In 2007, the construction of the first warehouse with an area of 23,000 m2 was completed, and the General Department of Customs was licensed to establish a Bonded Warehouse.
- 2009: The company continued to build an additional 30,000 m2 of warehouse including internal storage and bonded warehouse. With modern equipment, located in Nam Tan Uyen Industrial Park, Binh Duong province. Located on the vital road from the Central Highlands to the Southeast provinces and Ho Chi Minh City, there are many advantages for logistics activities such as convenient traffic roads 30 km (50 minutes) from the center of Ho Chi Minh City, about 25 km (45 minutes) from Saigon port, about 30 km (40 minutes) from Tan Son Nhat airport, 14 km (15 minutes) from Song Than warehouse port. In addition, the Company also has a wide network of branches operating throughout Vietnam and around the world, which is very convenient for customers to ensure the safest, fastest and most effective storage, preservation and circulation of goods at the most reasonable cost. The company increased its capital from 25,000,000,000 VND to 71,925,500,000 VND
- In 2011: The company established 02 branches at 63 Dao Duy Anh, Ho Chi Minh City and Group 2, Long Binh hamlet, Tay Ninh province. During the year, the Company also established one more petroleum retail store at 94, DT 744 Street, Binh Duong province.
- 2013: The company established a new agricultural product processing factory at 202 DT747B street, Binh Duong province.
- 2018: The Company changed its branch address from 123 Dao Duy Anh, Phu Nhuan District, Ho Chi Minh City to 81/15 Ho Van Hue, Phu Nhuan District, Ho Chi Minh City.
- 2019: The company was granted the first securities registration certificate No. 49/2019/GCNCP - VSD by the Vietnam Securities Depository Center on October 23, 2019. The company has registered all 7,192,550 shares and registered the stock code PLO.
