Timeline of Establishment & Development
- The predecessor of Phu Nhuan Trading Joint Stock Company was Phu Nhuan Trading Company, established in 1992, with ownership as a state-owned enterprise.
- On November 3, 2003, implementing the State's equitization policy, Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee issued Decision No. 4735/QD-UB on converting Phu Nhuan Trading Company into Phu Nhuan Trading Joint Stock Company.
- June 11, 2004: The company officially operated in the form of a Joint Stock Company with an initial charter capital of 9 billion VND. Through many capital increases, up to now, the Company's charter capital is 90 billion VND.
- October 16, 2008: The company was included in the list of public companies by the State Securities Commission
- May 21, 2014: The company was granted the first securities registration certificate No. 31/2014/GCNCP-VSD by the Vietnam Securities Depository Center, with the number of 4,800,000 shares; issued the first change on September 11, 2015 with the number of 9,000,000 shares.
- March 24, 2016: Company shares approved for trading registration on UPCoM
- April 5, 2016: PNG's first trading day on UPCoM with a closing price of 16,000 VND/share
The process of changing charter capital
- July 2004: Charter capital was 9 billion VND through equitization from a state-owned enterprise.
- April 2006: Charter capital increased to 12 billion VND through the issuance of 200,000 shares
- share for existing shareholders, ratio 4.5:1; Issue 100,000 shares to employees.
- March 2008: Charter capital increased to 24 billion VND through the issuance of 60,000 shares to employees; Issue 600,000 shares to existing shareholders, ratio 2:1; Issued 540,000 shares to strategic shareholders.
- March 2010: Charter capital increased to 36 billion VND through the issuance of 1,200,000 shares to existing shareholders, ratio 2:1.
- March 2013: Charter capital increased to 48 billion VND through the issuance of 1,200,000 shares
- share for existing shareholders, ratio 3:1.
- September 2015: Charter capital increased to 90 billion VND through the issuance of 4,200,000 shares
- part for existing shareholders, ratio 1:1.
