The predecessor of Pomina Steel Co., Ltd. is Pomina Steel Factory 1, invested and built by Viet Steel Co., Ltd., established on August 17, 1999 with a charter capital of 42 billion VND. Pomina Steel Co., Ltd. constantly strives to consolidate and develop to become a construction steel production and supply company. Leading construction company in Vietnam, aiming to improve services and increase competitiveness to best satisfy customer requirements.
On July 17, 2008, the company transformed into Pomina Steel Joint Stock Company with a charter capital of 500 billion VND.
Pomina Steel Joint Stock Company increased its charter capital to 820 billion VND in July 2009 by private placement, and by January 2010 the company increased its charter capital to 1,630 billion VND.
