Establishment History:
- Portserco Joint Stock Company was formerly the General Services Enterprise and Mechanical Repair Enterprise of Da Nang Port. The enterprise was officially established on June 15, 1993 according to Decision No. 1163/QD of the Ministry of Transport.
- Da Nang Port and Vietnam National Shipping Lines Corporation have decided to choose General Services Enterprise and Mechanical Repair Enterprise as the first unit to establish a Joint Stock Company according to Decision No. 3086/QD-BGTVT dated September 26, 2002 of the Ministry of Transport with the name: Port General Services Joint Stock Company Danang.
- In order to be consistent with the general development of the market economy and to reach beyond the domestic scope, on October 31, 2008, the Board of Directors of the Company issued decision No. 81/CTHC on changing the name of Danang Port General Services Joint Stock Company to Portserco Joint Stock Company.
- In recent years, the Company has continuously successfully completed the assigned planned targets, each year's output is higher than the previous year with an average growth rate of more than 10%/year, the income and life of employees are constantly improving. good.
- The first year after equitization in 2003, the Company's revenue reached 42,868,304,607 VND, average income 1,721,927 VND/person/month. After 05 years operating in the form of a joint stock company, in 2008, the Company's total revenue reached 70,517,251,000 VND, average income of 2,577,908 VND/person/month. In 2011, revenue reached 111 billion VND, profit reached 1,247 billion VND, average income was 4 million VND/person/month.
