Sao Mai - Ben Dinh Petroleum Investment Joint Stock Company (PVSB) is an enterprise founded by Vietnam Oil and Gas Group and strategic shareholders, currently a founding unit member of Vietnam Petroleum Technical Services Joint Stock Corporation (PTSC). - April 6, 2007: The company was established under Resolution No. 1847/NQ-DKVN dated April 6, 2007 of the Board of Directors of Vietnam Oil and Gas Group Male.
- April 24, 2007: The 1st General Meeting of Shareholders approved the Charter of organization and operation of Sao Mai - Ben Dinh Petroleum Investment Joint Stock Company (PVSB); Investment plan for Petroleum Maritime Service Base Project Sao Mai - Ben Dinh.
- May 7, 2007: The company was granted the first business registration certificate by the Department of Planning and Investment of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province First-time business registration certificate.
- November 11, 2009: Completed the investment in 39.8ha yard infrastructure and tables assigned to PV Petroleum Rig Manufacturing Joint Stock Company Shipyard for rent.
- December 25, 2009: Successfully listed the Company's shares on the stock exchange Vietnam (UPCOM) with stock code PSB.
