Formation history:
- Phu Son Livestock Joint Stock Company was established in March 1976 according to decision 41/UBT of the People's Committee of Dong Nai province on the basis of a private pig farm named KYCANOCO.
- In 1984, Phu Son Pig Farming State Enterprise merged into Dong Nai Livestock Company.
- In July 1994, Phu Son Pig Farming State Enterprise was separated from Dong Nai Livestock Company, became an independent accounting unit and renamed Phu Son Pig Farming Enterprise.
- In December 1994, the Company took over Long Thanh Pig Farming Enterprise.
- In January 1997, the Company took over the Dong Phuong Pig Farming Enterprise.
- In November 2005, the Company acquired DongNai Chicken Farming Enterprise.
- Since October 1, 2005, the Company officially operates under the model of a joint stock company and is named Phu Son Livestock Joint Stock Company.
- On February 12, 2010, Vietnam Securities Depository Center (VSD) announced the issuance of Securities Registration Certificate No. 46/2010/GCNCP-VSD, issued stock code to the Company and started depositing 4,500,000 shares with par value. 10,000 VND/share
- On May 17, 2010, HNX officially accepted the Company's shares to be traded on the UPCoM market

- Producing, trading, importing and exporting all kinds of livestock, poultry, aquatic products and other pets such as: crocodiles, ostriches, snakes, turtles,...; agricultural products, raw materials for processing animal feed and livestock
- Processing livestock and aquatic products
- Veterinary husbandry services: technical consulting, barn construction, infrastructure, livestock technology transfer
- Buying and selling gasoline and lubricants (according to the province's petroleum network)
- Real estate business, residential infrastructure business
