Establishment History:
- In 1976 Post Office Construction and Investment Joint Stock Company, formerly known as Post Office House Construction Company, was established on October 30, 1976 according to Decision No. 1348/TCCBLD of the General Department of Post and Telecommunications.
- In 1996 After 20 years of operation, on September 9, 1996, the General Department of Post and Telecommunications issued Decision No. 435/TCCBLD to establish the state-owned enterprise Postal Construction Company, a member unit of the Vietnam Post and Telecommunications Corporation. - December 27, 1996 With achievements in 20 years since its founding, December 27, 1996, Postal Construction Company was officially ranked a Class I Enterprise in the construction industry
- January 19, 1999 Along with the equitization process of enterprises in the Post and Telecommunications industry, on January 19, 1999, Postal Construction Company received the Decision of the Board of Directors of Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Corporation on the Equitization of Construction Company
- December 15, 2004 On December 15, 2004, Post Office Construction Company officially received the Certificate of business registration as a joint stock company and changed its name to Post Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company electricity.
- October 2015: Increased charter capital from 100,000,000,000 VND to 179,999,900,000 VND through the issuance of bonus shares and preferential sales to existing shareholders. Issuance source: From capital surplus.

- PTIC Company's industrial products are mainly supplied to companies in the post and telecommunications industry and for PTIC projects that receive full construction, installation and equipment supply contracts. In the provinces, the company does not perform construction but conducts marketing and selling products to other construction units. The company has provided pipe products for thousands of projects of 65 post offices in provinces and cities nationwide and national projects such as Ho Chi Minh Road, Bac Kan Cao Bang fiber optic cable line, Hanoi - Vinh cable line, China - Vietnam Laos international telecommunications information line... Projects providing industrial products recover capital faster than construction projects and have no bad debts because the Contracts are paid immediately after delivery.
