Establishment History and Development:
Phu Tho Cement Joint Stock Company, formerly known as Phu Tho Limestone Cement Company - is a state-owned enterprise under the Phu Tho Department of Construction. Established more than 40 years ago, Phu Tho Cement - Limestone Company specializes in manufacturing and trading construction materials, the main one being PC30 cement with an output of 200,000 tons per year. Implementing the policy of reforming and rearranging state-owned enterprises, the company was equitized in 2006 according to the Decision of the People's Committee of Phu Tho province, completed and officially converted to a joint stock company on February 14, 2007 with a charter capital of 61 billion VND.
Up to now, the Company has developed both breadth and depth with over 470 workers and an average annual capacity of over 350,000 tons of products, an average annual growth rate of 18%-20%, an average income increase of 16%-20%, an average increase in budget contribution of 10%-14%. Revenue: 2012: 165 billion VND; 2013: 254 billion VND; 2014: 327 billion VND. Main products: Cement PCB 30, PCB 40; limestone. Production capacity: Cement: 350,000 tons/year, Limestone: 300,000 m3/year. Main consumer markets: Hanoi, Ha Tay, Phu Tho and northern provinces.
