Establishment History:
- Phan Thiet Garment Export Joint Stock Company, formerly known as Phan Thiet Garment Factory, is a unit under Binh Thuan Garment Export Company, established in January 1994. Until September, 2002, the Enterprise officially transformed into Phan Thiet Garment Export Joint Stock Company according to Decision No. 1672/QD - CTUBBT dated July 8, 2002 with charter capital of 2,500,000,000 VND.
- Since its establishment, after 21 years, the Company has continuously developed, from an initial factory with only 565 employees with 14 sewing lines to now expanding to 50 sewing lines with 2,300 employees, especially the equitization period is the period of the strongest growth. After 12 years of official operation as a joint stock company, the Company has continuously expanded and developed, from an initial capital of 2.5 billion VND to now the Company has a charter capital of 46.04385 billion VND with total assets of more than 112,972,641,643 billion VND.
