On May 24, 2007, Petroland was established on the basis of converting from the Management Board of Southern Construction Projects into a Joint Stock Company according to Resolution No. 2892/NQ-DK of the Board of Directors of Vietnam Oil and Gas Group.
On September 20, 2007, the 1st General Meeting of Shareholders approved the decision on the List of shareholders and capital contribution ratio; Elect the Board of Directors, the Control Board and promulgate the operating charter of the Joint Stock Company.
On November 1, 2007, the Company officially operated under Business Registration Certificate No. 4103008269 of the Department of Planning and Investment of Ho Chi Minh City.
