Postal Service - Construction Construction Joint Stock Company (PTCO) is an enterprise equitized from the State-owned Enterprise - Postal Construction Company according to Decision No. 61/2004/QD-BBCVT dated December 9, 2004 of the Minister of Posts and Telecommunications (now is the Ministry of Information and Communications). The company operates under Business Registration Certificate No. 0304731322 (Old No. 4103005628), first registered on November 29, 2006 and registered for third change on August 8, 2011 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Ho Chi Minh City.
PTCO is a reliable unit in the field of construction of information works, a companion of many partners in the development of the country in general and of the Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Industry in particular.
The company has the function of construction and installation in the fields of telecommunications - information technology and architecture nationwide and in regional countries. Especially the main unit in implementing capital construction investment and telephone development targets for the City post office. Ho Chi Minh.

Construction of postal, telecommunications, information technology, industrial, civil, transportation, technical infrastructure of industrial parks and urban areas;
Investment consulting (except financial and accounting consulting); design communication systems for civil and industrial projects;
