- Postal Printing and Telecommunications Services Joint Stock Company operates in the production and trading of products serving the post and telecommunications industry and is an independent accounting member unit under Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Corporation
- Postal Printing and Telecommunications Services Joint Stock Company started as a private Chinh Chien printing house during the French colonial period, which was acquired by the postal industry. Chinh Chinh Printing House was established on May 1, 1957 with the name Printing Workshop under the materials supply department of the General Post Office, with an address at 100 Hang Trong, Hanoi.
- On September 18, 1996, the Director General of the General Department of Posts and Telecommunications signed Decision No. 512/QD/TCCB-LD to convert the Post Office printing factory into a Post Office printing factory under the Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Corporation, located at 564 Nguyen Van Cu, Long Bien, Hanoi. The enterprise has invested in new equipment, converting from Typo printing technology to Offset printing technology.
- On December 24, 2002, the Director General of the General Department of Posts issued Decision No. 527/QD/TCCB-LD to change the name of the Postal Printing Enterprise to Postal Printing Company. On November 28, 2004, Postal Printing Company was equitized according to Decision No. 36/2004/QD-BBCVT of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications with an initial charter capital of 25,000,000,000 VND and named Postal Printing Joint Stock Company. On March 28, 2007, according to Decision No. 39/QD/DHĐCĐ of the General Meeting of Shareholders, Postal Printing Joint Stock Company decided to change the business registration content and change the name of Postal Printing Joint Stock Company to Postal Printing and Telecommunications Services Joint Stock Company.
- Immediately after equitization, to enhance competitiveness and expand production, the Company mobilized an additional 26 billion VND in charter capital from 25 billion VND to 51 billion VND and to 68 billion VND.
