Establishment History:

PVI Investment and Development Joint Stock Company (PVI Invest) was born on June 29, 2007 under Business Registration Certificate No. 0103018228 issued by Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment with an initial charter capital of 150 billion VND on the basis of capital contribution between 5 members. Founding members include:

• PetroVietnam Insurance Joint Stock Corporation (PVI),
• Tan Vien Petroleum Joint Stock Company (now PetroVietnam Premium Services Trading Joint Stock Company) (PVR),
• Petroleum Finance Company (now Vietnam Petroleum Joint Stock Finance Corporation) (PVFC),
• Song Da Urban Development and Industrial Park Investment Joint Stock Company (SUDICO),
• Vietnam International Commercial Joint Stock Bank (VIB).

PVI Invest's main activities are real estate business investment and financial investment. Based on the strengths of being a member of the Vietnam National Oil and Gas Group (PVN), PVI Invest has been gradually building and affirming its brand in the domestic real estate market and financial market with potential investments and strong operations in providing financial services to customers.

• Establishing investment projects, constructing housing projects, offices, hotels, shopping centers, supermarkets, new urban areas, industrial parks, economic zones, high-end industrial parks, high-end entertainment areas, golf courses;
• Real estate consulting services, real estate auctions, real estate advertising, real estate management.
• Entertainment services: skydiving, boat racing, physical training and sports on shore and underwater;
• Entrusted import and export;
• Buying and selling construction materials, supplies, machinery and equipment;
• Insurance agent;
• Mineral exploitation and trading (except minerals banned by the State);
• Organizing conferences, seminars, events;
