Establishment History:
- On March 8, 1990, the Petroleum Drilling Fluids and Chemicals Company was established; Established Company Branch in Vung Tau
- December 1990, Yen Vien Petroleum Chemical Enterprise was established
- On August 12, 1991, ADF - Vietnam Company was established (now M-I Viet Nam Joint Venture Company), a joint venture between Petroleum Drilling Fluids and Chemicals Company and Norwegian Anchor Drilling Fluids A/S Company (in 1996, ADF A/S Norway transferred 50% of its equity in ADF- Vietnam to M-I Hoa States)
- June 1999, established Quang Ngai Petroleum Chemical Enterprise
- In 2000, established Thermal Insulation Materials Enterprise - DMC in Phu My Industrial Park, Vung Tau
- On April 28, 2005, Petroleum Drilling Fluids and Chemical Products Company transformed into a Joint Stock Company according to Decision No. 1544/QD-TCCB of the Ministry of Industry
- On October 18, 2005, Petroleum Drilling Fluids and Chemicals Joint Stock Company officially operated under Business Registration Certificate No. 0103009579 issued by Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment on October 18, 2005. This Business Registration Certificate was issued and changed for the third time by the Department of Planning and Investment of Hanoi City on October 26, 2007
