Timeline of Establishment & Development:
- Thanh Hoa Petroleum Construction Joint Stock Company, formerly known as Thinh Phat Joint Stock Company, was established under the Business Registration Certificate first issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Thanh Hoa province on February 16, 2006 with an initial charter capital of 5,000,000,000 VND;
- On July 21, 2007, Thinh Phat Joint Stock Company was granted the third amended Business Registration Certificate by the Department of Planning and Investment of Thanh Hoa province with a charter capital of 3,500,000,000 VND;
- In 2010, PVC Corporation invested in Thinh Phat Joint Stock Company, increased charter capital from 3.5 billion VND to 210 billion VND, changed its name to Thanh Hoa Petroleum Construction Joint Stock Company (PVC - TH), moved the Company's headquarters to the Petroleum building;
- On May 9, 2011, Thanh Hoa Petroleum Construction Joint Stock Company was approved by the State Securities Commission for registration as a public company according to Official Dispatch No. 1300/UBCK-QLPH of the State Securities Commission;
- On December 18, 2016, the company was granted a Securities Registration Certificate by the Vietnam Securities Depository Center with a total number of registered shares of 21,000,000 shares.

- In December 2010, charter capital after issuance was 210,000,000,000 VND.
