PetroVietnam Power Real Estate Joint Stock Company is a member of PetroVietnam Power Corporation - Vietnam National Oil and Gas Group operating under Business Registration Certificate No. 0103019968 issued by the Department of Planning and Hanoi City Investment issued on October 4, 2007 and changed for the third time on January 28, 2010 with a charter capital of 500,000,000,000 (five hundred billion) VND.
As of December 31, 2008, the Company's actual contributed charter capital is 473,745,200,000 VND. The amount of capital registered to buy by shareholders but not yet fully purchased is handled by the Board of Directors according to Resolution No. 36NQ/CT-HĐQT dated May 8, 2009.
By November 10, 2009, the Company's charter capital had been fully contributed 500,000,000,000 (Five hundred billion Dong). The company performed a capital audit for the period from October 4, 2007 to November 10, 2009.
On April 15, 2010, the Company's shares were officially listed on the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) with the stock code of PVL.
