In 1991, VIDAMO Lubricants Enterprise was established under Vietnam Oil and Gas Corporation
1992 Changed business type to VIDAMO Company
1996 Merged with Refining and Petrochemical Company to become Petroleum Products Processing and Trading Company - PV PDC (2001 transformed into a state-owned enterprise according to enterprise law) Using the trading name PDC )
In 2008, Vietnam Oil Corporation (PV OIL) was established on the basis of merging PDC, Petechim and PetroMekong. VIDAMO Petrochemical One Member Company Limited was established on the basis of receiving the transfer of 2 lubricant production and trading units of PV OIL: Vidamo Hanoi Lubricants Enterprise and Vidamo Binh Chieu Lubricants Enterprise
In 2009, VIDAMO Petrochemical One Member LLC was equitized into VIDAMO Petrochemical Joint Stock Company
In 2012, VIDAMO Petrochemical Joint Stock Company changed its name to PV OIL Lubricant Joint Stock Company (PV OIL LUBE)
August 7, 2015: Company shares were approved to register for trading on Upcom with stock code PVO
January 12, 2016: PVO's first trading day on Upcom.
