Establishment History:

• PVR was established with the original name Tan Vien Petroleum Joint Stock Company with the main goal of developing the Suoi Hai Lake project, Tan Vien, Ha Tay (now part of expanded Hanoi) into an international-class tourist resort.
• On November 17, 2006, Tan Vien Petroleum Joint Stock Company was granted business registration certificate No. 0303000579 by the Department of Planning and Investment of Ha Tay province, with an initial charter capital of 150 billion VND with founding shareholders being companies, units in the Oil and Gas industry and other organizations as follows:

• In February 2008, Tan Vien Petroleum Joint Stock Company changed its name to PetroVietnam Premium Services Business (PVR), with Business Registration Certificate No. 0103034347 issued by the City Department of Planning and Investment. Ha Tay level.
• On December 9, 2009, the company moved its headquarters to Hanoi, so it changed its business registration license issued by Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment No. 0103034347.
• On March 25, 2010, the company moved its headquarters to Quang Ninh, so it changed its business registration license issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Quang Ninh Province, number 0500547376.
• On March 5, 2012, the company moved its headquarters to Hanoi, so it changed its business registration license issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Hanoi City. 0500547376.
