Establishment History:
- The predecessor of Vinaconex Construction Investment Joint Stock Company - PVC is Northern Traffic Construction and Development Investment Joint Stock Company according to its first business registration on January 15, 2007 at the Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment.
- In May 2007, with the capital contribution of Vietnam Construction and Import-Export Joint Stock Corporation (Vinaconex), the Company officially became a subsidiary of Vinaconex and was renamed Vinaconex 39 Traffic Development Investment Joint Stock Company.
- In January 2009, with the capital contribution of Vietnam Petroleum Construction Joint Stock Corporation (PVC), Vinaconex 39 Traffic Development Investment Joint Stock Company officially became an affiliated company between two corporations: Vinaconex and PVC; The company has been renamed Vinaconex Construction Investment Joint Stock Company - PVC.
- In 2010, Vinaconex - PVC increased its charter capital from 30 billion VND to 50 billion VND. On September 9, 2010, 5 million PVV shares, equivalent to 50 billion in charter capital of the Company, were officially traded on the HNX with the stock code PVV
- In March 2011, the Company succeeded in increasing its charter capital from 50 billion VND to 300 billion VND and in this issuance, the Company sold 15,000,000 shares to strategic shareholders, earning the company 15 billion in surplus value.
