- On August 25, 2006, the Company was established under Business Registration Certificate No. 0103013617, first registered on August 25, 2006 issued by Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment with a charter capital of 30,000,000,0000 VND. Including founding shareholders: Vietnam Oil and Gas Corporation owns 40%, Vietnam Environment Water Supply and Drainage Construction Investment Corporation 40% and 2 individuals: Nguyen Van Lai owns 10%, Tran Cong Luan owns 10%. Registered for the 8th change according to Business Registration Certificate No. 0102025250 issued by Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment on June 30, 2014 with charter capital of 100,000,000,000 VND.
- In April 2008, the Company successfully organized the General Meeting of Shareholders.
- On October 29, 2009, PetroVietnam Real Estate Joint Stock Company was approved by the State Securities Commission (SSC) to register as a public company according to Official Dispatch No. 2340/UBCK-QLPH of the State Securities Commission.
- On October 1, 2018, the Company was granted Securities Registration Certificate No. 83/2018/GCNCP-VSD by the Vietnam Securities Depository Center (VSD), with a total number of registered shares of 10,000,000 shares.
