Formation history:

On December 21, 2007, Vietnam Oil and Gas Construction Joint Stock Corporation signed Decision No. 03/QDQHĐQTQTCT to establish PetroVietnam Civil and Industrial Construction Company Limited based on the merger of 3 member units: Construction Enterprise and Digital Housing Business. 1, Construction Enterprise No. 3, Construction & Mechanized Construction Enterprise under Petroleum Construction Joint Stock Company. These units were established on October 24, 1983 with the establishment of the Petroleum Construction and Installation Enterprise on September 14, 1983 (now PetroVietnam Construction Joint Stock Corporation).
The company officially came into operation under Business Registration Certificate No. 4904000226 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Ba Ria Q Vung Tau province for the first time on December 28, 2007 with a charter capital of 50,000,000,000 (fifty billion). Dong) with the main task of: constructing civil and industrial projects inside and outside the Oil and Gas industry; Investment, construction and installation of specialized Oil and Gas projects; Construction of infrastructure, wharves, water supply and drainage; Investment in real estate business and supporting infrastructure.
The company has developed a project to convert to a Joint Stock Company and was approved by Vietnam Petroleum Construction Joint Stock Corporation on November 16, 2009 according to decision No. 964/QDQXLDK. Based on this decision, Petroleum Civil and Industrial Construction Joint Stock Company was officially established under the Business Registration Certificate issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province for the first time on November 26, 2009 with a charter capital of 300,000,000,000 VND (Three hundred billion VND). On December 2, 2009, the first General Meeting of Shareholders approved the Charter of organization and operation of Petroleum Civil and Industrial Construction Joint Stock Company.
On June 21, 2010, the Company's shares were officially traded on the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange.
