Formation history:

On December 21, 2007, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Vietnam Petroleum Construction Joint Stock Corporation issued Decision No. 04/QD-HĐQT on the establishment of Central Petroleum Construction Company Limited (PVC-MT) on the basis of merging the Oil Refinery Project Board Dung Quat and Mechanized Construction Enterprise in the Central Region (Branch of Petroleum Construction Joint Stock Company in Quang Ngai) with charter capital of 50 billion VND.
On November 16, 2009, PetroVietnam Construction Joint Stock Corporation issued Decision No. 927/QD-XLDK dated November 16, 2009 of the Board of Directors of PetroVietnam Construction Joint Stock Corporation on approving the conversion plan of PetroVietnam Construction Company Limited Trung Thanh Petroleum Joint Stock Company with charter capital of 150 billion VND.
Central Petroleum Construction Joint Stock Company has Business Registration Certificate No.: 4300368987 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Da Nang city on November 22, 2009, changed for the first time on April 19, 2010.
In June 2010, Central Petroleum Construction Joint Stock Company was officially listed on the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange, trading code: PXM.
