Establishment History:
- Quang Ninh Cement and Construction Company, formerly known as Uong Bi Coal Enterprise. In 1998, the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province merged a number of units into Uong Bi factory to establish Quang Ninh Cement and Construction Company.
- On February 4, 2005, the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province issued Decision No. 497/QD UB approving the plan to equitize and transfer the Cement and Construction Company Quang Ninh became Quang Ninh Cement and Construction Joint Stock Company.
- On March 28, 2005, Quang Ninh Cement and Construction Company transformed into Quang Ninh Cement and Construction Joint Stock Company according to business registration license no. 03.22.000388 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Quang Ninh province.
